In order to provide the Services on the site www.mirela.bg and the mobile version m.mirela.bg, Mirela stores and processes data of Users, as well as the results of this processing, in accordance with this Policy.

1. Persons for whom Mirela stores and processes data

1.1. In connection with the provided Services, Mirela processes information regarding the following Data Subjects:
a/ Users - users of the Site;
b/ Users - made inquiries (by calling a phone or using any of the contact forms on the site);
c/ Users who have sent correspondence to Mirela;
d/ Clients wishing to use Mirela Services.

2. Information provided to us by you as a User

2.1. You can use the Services provided through the Site, using the contact forms with Mirela, where we clearly indicate the mandatory fields for providing personal data, without which it is impossible to provide our Services - these are name, phone number, email address.

2.2. Mirela stores and processes information about personal data received through the contact forms on the Site, by phone calls or by sending correspondence by e-mail.

2.4. Mirela stores and processes the information about the email address of the User, received through the subscription form on the Site, where the User (Data Subject) has the opportunity to subscribe in order to receive email notifications (Notifications) for new or updated ads (real estate offers), according to selected search criteria.
The user can terminate his subscription by pressing the cancel button, which is available in each received e-mail or by calling 02 9812345 every working day from 09 to 18 hours.

2.5. The site allows the User to save selected ads (offers for offers and requests for real estate search), which is easy to view at a later time from the page "Notebook". The notebook is personal for the User. In it you can at any time add or delete added ads.
In connection with this functionality of the Site, Mirella stores information about the so-called Cookie or "cookies".

2.6. The site saves information about previous searches of the User, as well as about already viewed ads. In these cases, Mirela uses cookies to show you quick links to repeat searches and offers already made.

3. Purposes for which we process personal data

3.1 Mirela collects, uses and processes the information described above in order to:

a / providing the information requested by the User for real estate and related information services; b / concluding contracts for intermediary services, namely:

Contract for mediation to sell real estate,
Brokerage agreement for the purchase of real estate,
Real estate brokerage agreement,
Real estate brokerage agreement.

c/ conducting inspections of real estate and providing information about real estate, the formation of as follows:

Order - Protocol for inspection of real estate;
Protocol for providing information.

d/ for acceptance and processing of received offers, signals, complaints, requests and other correspondence;
e/ for fulfillment of legal obligations related to requirements for storage or provision of information in connection with an order by competent state or judicial bodies.

4. The information we process and store

4.1. On the occasion of carrying out its main activity, Mirela collects and processes information related to the demand and supply of real estate, and for these purposes Mirela's agents and administrators enter in the corporate database information submitted by users as follows:

a/ when searching for a property: name, telephone, e-mail, budget (approximate price of the transaction), characteristics of the searched property;

b/ when offering a property: name, telephone, e-mail of the owner, address of the property, sale price or monthly rent, main characteristics of the property, according to the corporate requirements for entering specific information in the database;

c/ when concluding Mediation Contracts: name, telephone, e-mail, permanent address, ID card number, PIN;

d/ for conducting real estate inspections and providing real estate information: name, telephone, e-mail, permanent address, ID card number, PIN;

e/ for documenting contractual relations, (by concluding Preliminary contracts for purchase and sale of real estate under Art. 19 of the CPA, Lease Agreements, Guarantee Agreements, Deposit Agreements, Agreements, various types of Annexes and other documents on commercial activity of Mirela): name, telephone, e-mail, permanent address, ID number, PIN;

f/ when considering job applications: names of the candidates, telephone, e-mail for contact, biographical data;

g/ for the purposes of personnel and accounting activity: name, telephone, e-mail, permanent address, ID card number, PIN;

4.2. Mirela does not collect or store sensitive personal data from the special category within the meaning of Art. 5 of the Personal Data Protection Act, namely those which:

a/ reveal racial or ethnic origin;
b/ disclose political, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership in political parties or organizations, associations with religious, philosophical, political or trade union goals;
c/ relate to health, sexual life or the human genome.

5. Security

5.1. Mirela works to protect the confidentiality and security of the information she receives in the course of her work. Access to this information is limited and there are policies and procedures designed to protect the information from loss, misuse and misrepresentation.

6. Use of the collected information

6.1. Mirela uses the provided information only on the occasion of carrying out its activity and for the purpose of carrying out the real estate transactions desired by the consumers and the clients and carrying out its activity.

7. Terms for storage of information and personal data

7.1. Registration data (such as name, surname, e-mail address) and IP address - are stored indefinitely until they are deleted by you

7.2. Subscriptions for receiving ads with selected criteria - for the period for which the subscription is active until its termination. The subscription can be terminated at any time.

7.3. Quick searches and last viewed offers - until you delete them

7.4. "Cookies" - until they are deleted by you or within 6 months of the last use of the Site

7.5. System logs (may contain information such as: date and time, IP address, URL, browser version and device version information) - for up to 1 year.

7.6. Copies of the database (Backup) - up to 30 days.

7.7. Correspondence, complaints and signals, requests, incl. by e-mail - for up to 5 years.

7.8. Records of incoming phone calls through Mirela's contact center - up to 3 months.

7.9. Curricula vitae and related documents of candidates for work in Mirela - up to 1 month from their submission;

7.10. Activity contracts, including Mediation Contracts - up to 5 years.

7.11. The specified terms can be changed, according to the requirements of the current legislation.

7.12. When resolving disputes and conducting court cases, it is possible to keep data for longer than the specified terms - until the final conclusion of the dispute and court proceedings.

8. Providing information

8.1. Mirela does not provide on any occasion to third parties information representing personal data of users, except with their explicit consent and in the case provided by law.

8.2. In order to carry out the desired real estate transactions by consumers who have submitted offers for real estate, Mirela has the right to provide third parties with a descriptive description of these properties, prepared according to the rules of corporate practice of Mirela and displayed in the public part of Site.

9. Your rights with respect to the personal data you have provided to Mirela

9.1. Users have the legal right to request details of the personal information we hold about them. Mirela allows you to keep your personal information accurate and up to date. At any time, you may want Mirela to correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data.
