Zona B quarter is located in the southern part of town of Veliko Tarnovo.
Zona B borders Buzludzha quarter on the east, Nikola Gabrovski park on the west and the main arteries Magsitralna Str and Nicola Gabrovski Blvd on the north.
The region is constructed mainly with panel buildings. There are several new buildings from the last 10 years.
The quarter is situated near the big hypermarkets Praktiker, Technomarket, CBA and JYSK. One of the industrial zones is next to the quarter.
The nearest schools and kindergartens are in Buzludzha quarter - Secondary School 'Vela Blagoeva', Secondary School 'G. S. Rakovski' and kindergarten 'Scarlet Poppy'.
The area is with high investment potential due to its proximity to the main road Sofia-Varna. The access to the downtown is swift.
The beginning of the quarter reveals panoramic view of Tsarevets and the town.
