Take That in Bulgaria to shoot a music video

Interesting

British five piece pop band Take That along with Robbie Williams and Gary Barlow are in Bulgaria for the first time ever, to shoot a musical video, Bulgarian media reported on February 9 2011.

The quintet from Take That arrived in Sofia late on February 8, and according to reports in the mass circulation 24 Chassa daily,  were taken to Grand Hotel Sofia in the city centre.

The band comprised Barlow, Howard Donald, Jason Orange, Mark Owen and Williams. Barlow acts as the lead singer and primary songwriter at the heyday of the group, although after the split, both Barlow and particularly Williams enjoyed very successful solo careers. In total, Take That have had 25 top 40 singles and 16 top five singles in the UK alone.

According to the report, the group have chosen Bulgaria as the setting for a video clip for one of their latest songs, the filming of which will be carried out at Nu Boyana in Sofia.

The band's dance-oriented pop tunes were particularly popular in the early 90s, in Europe and especially in the UK. Take That won several BRIT Awards whilst also spawning two of the best selling albums of the decade with Everything Changes, also nominated for the 1994 Mercury Prize and their Greatest Hits album.
