For the ninth consecutive year, the forum will reward socially responsible companies in the following categories: "Investor in Human Capital", "Investor in Society," "Investor in Education", "Investor in the Environment" and "Marketing Committed to a Cause." In order to promote the best practices among the SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) in Bulgaria, for the fourth consecutive year, a special award is provided for overall socially responsible policy of a small and medium-sized enterprise.

One company will be selected to receive the ENGAGE award, determined by the UK-based International Business Leaders Forum, whose main criterion is the degree of employees' commitment and participation in project implementation or the overall staff contribution to the development of socially useful causes.

The company that would receive the award for Investor in Environment will attend the European Business Awards for the Environment forum.

For a third consecutive time, the jury will be chaired by Yordanka Fandakova, Mayor of Sofia. Some of the assessment criteria pertain to the specific benefits to society, whether the project is implemented in partnership with other organizations as well as the degree of commitment of the company's employees to the project implementation, innovation process, public recognition and evaluation, efficiency, financial profitability along with the duration and sequence of the initiative.
