Some 40% of the space in Sofia Ring Mall already rented
A year and a half before opening its doors, Sofia Ring Mall has gladly signed contracts with tenants for more than 40% of its leasable area, reported Colliers International - the exclusive project consultant for the trade centre.
Among the companies willing to open their retail stores there are: the Piccadilly supermarket chain which recently became part of Delhaize Group, the Technopolis consumer electronics chain, the stores Mr. Bricolage and Public and the furniture house Yavor. New Look is among the fashion brands which will debut at Sofia Ring Mall. Cine'Grand promises an entirely new experience in the best multiplex in this part of the world, with a special VIP lounge that will be built in the mall. At least two big shopping centres are expected to be opened in the capital over the next two years. The Sofia Municipality promised that the underground will reach the new Mall on the Ring Road by the year 2014.
