Sofia' s west neighbourhood Ovcha Kupel surprised real estate buyers with low prices of properties.
Properties that are still on project level sell at EUR 473 for square meter. In the three sections of the neighbourhood construction companies and real estate agencies offer more than 600 new apartments for sale. The offered properties hold relatively low prices compared to other parts of the city.
In the older part of Ovcha Kupel two bedroom apartments in the finalizing stage that will be ready for living within a year cost EUR 570 on the average per square meter.
Two bedroom apartments that will be finished within two years are sold for EUR 473 per square meter.
