A meeting of Bulgarian and Turkish movie producers and directors took place in Istanbul within the frameworks of this country’s Cultural Minister Vezhdi Rashidov’s working visit in Turkey. Minister Rashidov said that the new Bulgarian cinema was a very talented one and underlined that over the recent years Bulgaria opened for the making of many foreign productions with international stars participating in those. The Turkish producers voiced their readiness to support joint film projects with Bulgaria. Besides that Sofia and Ankara will cooperate in all spheres, related to the protection of cultural values.
