Most expensive Sofia apartment sold for EUR 500,000
This year's most expensive flat in Bulgaria so far was sold for BGN 1 million (ca EUR 500,000). The property in question is a 320 square meters apartment in downtown Sofia.

Russian clients are rather looking for apartments or houses for their own use. While the Russians are focusing on the sea resorts, mountain houses are becoming increasingly popular among the local Bulgarians.
