Holiday Barometer: Bulgaria ranks fourth in the world in terms of quality of tourism
Bulgaria ranks fourth in the world as a country with the highest quality of the tourist product at affordable prices, according to the recent Holiday Barometer, an annual survey conducted by the British Post Office. The survey includes 40 countries worldwide, announced the Ministry of Economy, Energy and Tourism. Sri Lanka, Spain and the Czech Republic top the ranking, while Mexico, Hungary, Portugal, Thailand, Croatia, Turkey, Dubai, Egypt and other countries are behind Bulgaria.
Holiday Barometer collects data on the prices in different countries and groups this data in an analysis for potential tourists with respect to the living standards of the particular destinations. According to the survey, the industry in Bulgaria is no longer divided into summer and winter tourism, and is already a part of the global balneo, SPA, golf and ecotourism.
