In June 2007 the first mall in Bulgaria's popular Sunny Beach coastal resort will open.
The Royal Garden Mall will be built on the main street of the resort, offering over 5 400 sq m of trade area or 129 stores, 24 Chassa reported. The trade centre will have a 300 m open trade street on two levels and an underground parking lot.
The mall construction is part of a five-star hotel project in the town's centre, only 50 m from the beach. This would be the only place in Bulgaria's seaside offering under one roof all services tourists require, Galaxy Property Group, the project executives, said.
The Royal Garden Hotel, part of the complex, has six apartment wings, six restaurants offering rare cuisines, a piano bar and a lobby bar. The hotel also offers several conference halls, and an exotic flowers garden. Additional facilities include a SPA centre, a fitness centre and four pools.
