Europe and the euro are awaited by brighter future, says the MD of IMF

The future of Europe and the euro is not in danger. This perspective was drawn by the Director of the International Monetary Fund Christine Lagarde, who took part in the discussion on integration in the EU, BGNES reported, citing ITAR-TASS.
"Europe and the Eurozone are waiting brighter future. Problems exist, but their scales are largely related to the fact what their significance is given to the public, with a particular discharge of tension," she said.
Lagarde believes that another federal education would have taken a century to come to grips with the problems facing the euro area on the road to financial and banking union.
"Although we are wrong, we are moving forward, gaining experience and improving ourselves," she stressed.
According to her the evidence for the correct rate is the forecast by the IMF. "She said that the economy of the member states of the zone with a common currency will decline by 0.6%, but from next year will grow by 0.9%".
