Credit market livens up

Housing loans

altThe credit market registered a slight growth after mid-April and this is a good sign despite the low turnover so far, said Credit Center CEO Tihomir Toshev in an interview with Frog News.
“We mustn’t forget that the market is uncertain and risks can cost us greatly, which is why we should exercise caution and make long-term plans when we think about taking out a loan,” the finance expert advises. Loan interest is to a great extent connected to the interest on savings deposits, which determine the value of the loans. The expenses increase in direct proportion to higher interest rates. When cheaper and more accessible financial resources become available the interest will drop too. People with savings or high and stable incomes are in the best position now, because they’ll find it easier to get out of the crisis.
