CPC approves the biggest transaction in land
Finance and Taxes
Bulgarian Commission for Protection of Competition approved the biggest transaction in land in Bulgaria.
Bulgarian Rompharm Company will buy the CERES Investment Fund and 4 subsidiary companies which own 186,000 daa (decares) of land in different regions in the country.
Raiffeisen Centrobank, Rosslyn Capital Partners as well as Martin Loat, former Chairperson of Deutsche Bank in Asia, and Richard Dunn, former member of the Executive Committee of Merrill Lynch, are shareholders in CERES.
