Burgas will be "City of Dreams"
Five conceptual design for the construction of large-scale project "Foros" near Burgas district " Kraymorie " were purchased by the main investor Todor Batkov.
Commission, which had to evaluate proposals for the conceptual design of the "City of Dreams" did not stop on any of the 15 proposed architectural options, but distinguish five of them, which will be replicated in the overall architectural design of the new district of Riviera Cape Foros.
"The first award won't be given, because none of the projects have fulfilled the requirements of the task and are not counted at 100%, but the winning projects definitely impressed us", said the chief architect of Burgas Vesselina Ilieva for "Flagman".
Todor Batkov explained that so far in the project are invested 39 million euros, and by groundbreaking the amount will increase to 45 million. Actual construction on the complex will come out at least 200 million. According to Batkov the project can be implemented in four stages within 4 to 10 years.
In the neighborhood can live about 15 thousand people, according to preliminary estimates.
Todor Batkov added that in the "Foros" remains a British company , purchased the right to build a mall in the "City of Dreams".
At the large investment, there are four serious problems, explained the owner of "Levski". The first is the infrastructure, the second archaeological excavations in the area where delineate buffer zones will be prohibited construction. The third barrier is the transport links, the idea is to buy a ferry and it transports traffic to Burgas. The fourth problem is with the bank consolidation.
