Brand New Project for Development near Govedartsi

City-planning
A brand new project for development of Northern Rila is now being prepared by the Samokov municipality and the local businessman Hristo Kovachki.
The new project plans the construction of small villa sites nearby the villages- Madjare, Mala Tsarkva and Govedartsi. A lift will connect the villages with Mechit peak and Maliovitsa.
The Municipal Council approved the offer presented by “ML Impex” Ltd. managed by the local businessman Mr Kovachki. The Municipal formed an association, which will present general organization plan and ecology asessment of the future complex and will apply for state terrains concession.
The municipal and “ML Impex” cooperate to joint limited liability company, called “Nadar 2006”, in which each of the members has 50% of shares. In progress with realization of the project the percentage of the shares will change to 75% on behalf of “ML Impex”.
At a competition Hristo Kovachki company was chosen by the Municipal Council before three other projects. In contrast to the other competitors, only “ML Impex” offers direct investment of the project, with no credits.
The advantages of the region are plenty. The local people say that the relief of Govedartsi offers wonderful sport opportunities, even better than those, offered in Borovets.
The snow cover is thick and lasts longer. The pistes will descend along the northern slopes, and the country village will be situated to the south. Most of the terrains, planned for pistes are in unsettled areas, so there will not be a mass felling of century-old trees. The famous Rila Lakes are very close to the region, and the Rila Monastery is on just one hour walking distance.
The initial idea for Govedartsi project plans a construction of a country village, which will be spread on 20-30 decares. It will have its own water conduct station, a small water electric plant and mineral water pool.
