UniCredit Bulbank is now offering a special mortgage offer to young couples, looking for their first homes. Interest rates start from 6% in the opening year of the loan.
For a 10-year mortgage, the bank offers two options – either a lower floating interest of 6.15% in the first year and a fixed one of 8.15% for the remainder, or a floating accruement of 7.75% for the entire period. Stroitelstvo gradut reports.
