Поради наличието на бутиков хотел в комплекса и желанието ни да спазваме заложените стандарти, управляващата компания е тази, чрез която ще се извършва отдаването под наем.
Към момента има издаден Акт 14, като планираме да въведем в експлоатация комплекса през март 2024г.

Паркомястото се предоставя за позлване, като за него за заплаща годиша такса поддръжка. При нарушение на правилника и спиране на различно от фиксираното място, са предвидени санции.
Такса поддръжка – 15 евро с ДДС на кв.м. годишно.
