Dolno Kamartsi is a village in Western Bulgaria. It is located in Gorna Malina Municipality, Sofia District.

It is 18 km northeast of the village of Gorna Malina, 44 kilometers east of Sofia, 27 km in the same direction from the town of Elin Pelin, 34 km of the Trakia highway, 14 km from Hemus.

The population is about 490 people.
Dolno Kamartsi is located in a mountainous area in Dolnokamarskata valley at an altitude of 703 m.

Climatically, the area falls within an area with temperate climatic influence. It is characterized by moderately warm summers and relatively cool winters. The average January temperature is -1.8 C, the average temperature in July is 18.0 C.

In the village runs a small river.
The village is electrified, with maintained infrastructure. There are electricity, water supply and communication networks.
Here function primary school Otets Paisii, community center Hristo Botev, kindergarten, restaurant and entertainment, medical practice. Nearest health facility is in the town of Elin Pelin.

To Dolno Kamartsi there is regular transport - bus and rail. Here goes train the Sofia-Bourgas.
