Byala voda is a village in North Bulgaria. It is located in Belene municipality, Pleven region.
In Bulgaria there is one other settlement with the same name in Malko Tarnovo municipality, Burgas region.
It is 12 km southwest of the town of Belene and 48 km northeast of the town of Pleven. The capital Sofia is 213 km southwest.
It is situated on a small hill in the Danubian plain between and its altitude is between 50 and 99 m. The climate is temperate and is characterized by cold winter and hot summer.
The permanent population is about 344 people.
Bus transportation connects it to the other settlements. The main streets are asphalted and with lightning. There is phone system and Internet connection. All mobile operators have coverage.
Here are functioning mayor's vice royalty, community center, kindergarten, store and restaurant. Specialized medical assistance you can get at the hospital in the town of Belene. In the town are also working schools.
