Mrs Borislavova topped the women's ranking of the Forbes magazine.
Mrs Borislavova is followed by Bulgaria's EU Commissioner Kristalina Georgieva.
The 3rd position is held by Bulgaria's minister of regional development and public works, Mrs Lilyana Pavlova.
The mayoress of Sofia, Mrs Yordanka Fandukova holds 4th position followed by the chairperson of the parliamentary Legal Affairs Committee Iskra Fidosova.
